Lasagna

Hello everyone, today it’s a sunny and beautiful day and I going to talk about my favorite food.

I like so much the pastas with Bolognese sauce but I love so much the flavor of dough, Bolognese sauce and cheese, and for this reason my favorite food is the lasagna. Usually I eat lasagna on Saturday or Sunday, when I stay in home, my mom cooks and I help her to prepare the food and we added a lot of sauce and cheese because is more delicious.

Sometimes, we go to Piccola Italia to eat lasagna on “hora felice” because is delicious and it’s cheap. 

Only once a time I cook lasagna with my boyfriend, and it was delicious.

First I prepare de sauce: I cook the meat with onion and condiments like garlic and oregano, and then I add the tomato sauce.

Later, I hydrated the dough in water, and I start to put in a tray with the sauce and the cheese, while the oven heats.

When the oven is hot, I put the lasagna for 15 or 20 minutes and when finish the time I serve the food immediately.  

Is very easy cook lasagna but I don´t know how to make the dough and I have to bought  the dough in the market.

I must confess: when I eat lasagna, I eat till you drop hahaha!

Well, this is my favorite food; I think that a lot of people like it because is delicious!

1. 1.       My reading comprehension is good, of course I don`t understand everything but I could respond correctly many questions. I think the most difficult is when the phrases are similar or when I don’t know what is the meaning of some words and then I confuse me and I wrong.

1. 2.       Is very difficult to me choose one of this places because is my dream travel to all these places, but I have to choose a place and I want to visit Machu Picchu because is near of my country, and I don’t need a lot of money to go, and I think is interesting and exciting visit this place with a lot of history.

1. 3.       Nowadays, learn English is very important for me because a lot of people speak English in the world and in my area, for example, I need to learn English because a lot of paper is this language, and the papers content is a lot of information of new process, methods and treatments, and this is important for my job like dentist because I can use this information to improve patient care.

I would like to learn most about topics specific with dentistry and learn about common expressions used in EEUU or others countries to talk in an informal context.

Pets

Fayah is her name:

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a good week. Today I’m going to talk about pets.

To start I want to mean that:  I love dogs, they are so cute and funny, therefore, I have a little dog, her name is Fayah and she is 3 years old, I chose her name because is very crazy and uncontrollable like a fire but in Jamaica fire is said fyah and finally I decided that her name would be Fayah because is easier for my mom. She isn´t breed but is very affectionate, she loves that people caress her, she hates cats and she loves food, when I eat something, she waiting for some of human food in addition of her food (pet food), and for that reason she is fat. I think fayah is like a little child because she loves playing, and she tries to communicate when she need something, also she sleep with my mom every night and is very jealous, she don’t like when people are near to my mom or to me.

Well she is my dog and is so special, I love her so much but I would like to have more puppies because they are so cute and sweet.

About the exotic pets, I don´t like their, because they can’t be in little places, or captivity, they need freedom in their natural habitat, and for that reason I love dogs because they are the man’s best friend and they can live with us in the city.

My favorite sport

Hello everyone, today I´m going to talk about my favorite sport. 

Well, I have never had a favorite sport, because I prefer dance and other artistic disciplines but nowadays I like so much watch football, I have fun very much when I watch a match in the TV but only I watch the matches of the Chilean selection hahaha!.

I like the football because is funny, I like scream to the TV, celebrate the goals and is cool when Chile wins the matches.

In the school, once I played football with my classmates but I didn´t know how to play, I remember It was funny but never came back to play football.    

I would learn to play football but I´m bad to the sports. The last Sunday, my boyfriend tried to teach me about the football, I learned to dominate the ball and how to hit to the ball. I liked so much but I have a lot of learn yet.

I have never gone to the stadium to watch a match, only I have gone to the match of my boyfriend, but he plays baby football with his friends and I go to cheer.

Well this is my history about the football.
